### Fixed

- Internal wiki links omit the `.md` suffix in Markdown targets (Gitea resolves `/wiki/page`, not `/wiki/page.md`).
- Folder `INDEX.md`: merge source body into auto-generated index; do not list INDEX as a self-link under «Статьи».
- Relative links to files in the git repo but outside the wiki export (e.g. `ws-rhana/...`) rewrite to Gitea `src/branch/...` URLs.

### Fixed

- `export_docs` wiki push: clear Gitea `assume-unchanged` on `Home.md` / `_Sidebar.md` before `git add`, and commit only when the index has staged changes (fixes «no changes added to commit» when nav pages were modified).
- `_Sidebar` folder links: short folder name only (`📁 meta`), without «Папка» and without full `docs/...` path.

### Added

- New CLI command `export_docs.py clean` to remove export_docs-managed wiki pages by `--folder` manifest and remove export_docs nav block from `Home`/`_Sidebar`.
- Auto-generated per-folder index pages with links to articles using full page titles.

### Changed

- `export_docs.py` defaults to flat root wiki page naming (`docs__path__name.md`) for Gitea compatibility where nested `/wiki/docs/...` routes return 404.
- Markdown links are URL-encoded in generated indexes and rewritten content to keep links with spaces/parentheses/Cyrillic valid.
- Wiki clone reuse now validates `origin` URL before fetch/reset; clone is recreated if target wiki differs.

### Changed

- Wiki page filenames switched to short ASCII transliteration slugs (with stable hash suffix on truncation), while visible page titles remain full Russian.
- Internal links now use Markdown format with human-readable Russian labels and relative `.md` targets (no `wiki/` prefix), matching Gitea wiki routing.
- Generated article body now always starts with `# <Полное русское наименование>`.
