fix(export_docs): stage Home/Sidebar and shorten sidebar folder labels
Gitea wiki clones may mark Home.md assume-unchanged; clear index flags before add and commit only staged changes. Sidebar shows last path segment without «Папка». Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
